Consent required from:

  • Parent/s of minor (If parent is unavailable, a legal representative or authorized family member)
  • Both parties

Required documents for identification:

  • Picture ID : – Passport, National ID, or Voter’s ID
  • Birth Certificate
  • On-site Passport-sized picture

Results report will be provided after 10-12 working days as follows:

  • Direct with clients and representations
  • Delivery at court
