With a designated Quality Officer, RAMSY is implementing quality management system working toward accreditation using the Strengthening Laboratory Towards Accreditation (SLMTA) processes. RAMSY Quality Management System is governed by its Quality Manual using ISO 15981 standards. Documents includes:
  • Quality Manual
  • Policies (Quality, Health and Safety, Human Resource)
  • Quality SOPs
  • Technical SOPs

RAMSY Medical Laboratories comprise of a main lab in Freetown and a branch in Bo Southern Province.
